Fitter, Stronger, Longer

At least once a day your immune system destroys a cell that would have become cancer if it lived.

This picture for me is incredibly motivating for me.

If your immune system destroys at least one cell a day which could become cancer, then your immune system is effectively giving you a better chance to live a longer life. If your immune system is down and you are unwell a lot, this here can affect your chance of a healthier and longer life. That cancer cell which would’ve been destroyed had you been fit, is now still in the body.
If you are unwell for a long period of time, think how dangerous this could then become. Fitness is a major part of the immune system.

The fitter you are and the more you look after your body – then the healthier you’ll be, and the less chance you’ll have of catching a virus which will cause the immune system to struggle to complete its job and kill these cells.

It’s important to take note of this and make sure you take care of yourselves!
If you do this, then you will have a better chance of a healthier, fitter and longer life!!
